R.O.C.K. Staff

R.O.C.K. has flourished under the leadership of Our full time Director, Dyke Wilson, and full time Assistant Director, Lynn Prust. R.O.C.K. is fully staffed with quality professional adults from the Zionsville community, the Zionsville United Methodist Church family, and the Children's Learning Program. R.O.C.K.'s staff also includes several part-time college and high school students, who are responsible, dependable and love kids. R.O.C.K. maintains a ratio of one adult to 10-12 children, or better, throughout the day.

All employees agree with the R.O.C.K. Educational Philosophy, stated in our Handbook, as well as our Christian principles. Each staff member is required to keep their CPR training current, as well as participate in an annual Child Protection Training session provided by Zionsville United Methodist Church. R.O.C.K. also requires a nation-wide background check on all of it's employees 18 and older.

R.O.C.K. is blessed with a wonderful, committed and loving staff.
